Here’s a program for simulating flight paths of N charged bodies (rigidly rotating distributions of point charges e.g. charged molecular fragments interacting with individual particles). Used e.g. for estimating angular distributions resulting from coulomb explosion of molecules.

You can download the simulator with git:

git clone https://andersaspegren.dk/git/nbody-coulomb.git

or as a .tar.bz2  or .zip file.

Biphenyl trajectories
Biphenyl where the two benzene rings detach, ejecting hydrygen atoms and causing the two rings to rotate in opposite directions.
